NOTICE: Covid Protocols for Attendees

We will assess the situation as the conference draws closer and update everyone with any Covid protocols that may be put into place. Thank you for your patience with an evolving situation.

We at SWES are pleased to announce that we have decided to hold our conference in-person, in Phoenix in 2023. Our 2022 conference was a huge success thanks to our participants and vendors. Let's make 2023 even better!

We will hold the conference at the same venue, the Sheraton Mesa Hotel at Wrigleyville West in Mesa, AZ. It was a wonderful venue with great facilities. Stay tuned for updated details as they come in the "Hotel Information" section. If you are the proactive type, go ahead and book your room now! You can call the hotel and reference the SWES room block for our discounted rate of $139. If you find a cheaper rate somewhere else and book it through whatever means that is, please let us know so we can notify the hotel. Hopefully that does not happen, but stranger things have occurred.

Registration opens at 8:30pm Pacific on June 21st. We are extremely excited to have everyone back and to dazzle and entertain with such thrilling topics as quality control, PGT, AI, and more. It is sure to be a wild time. Thank you again and please contact us with questions, concerns, or comments.
